Experience the vibrant colors and burst of flavors Mother Nature has to offer … from her garden to your plate!  We invite you to our weekly classes and learn how easy and absolutely delicious raw cuisine is.  Agathe has been a raw foodist for 7 years.  She has developed ways to organize supplies, appliances and tools to create an efficient kitchen. At the time she started on that journey, her three children were 9, 12 and 14, she had to come up with delicious, practical, consistent flavorful dishes.   It will be her pleasure to share that knowledge with you.

Classes will start mid-November and will take place in our new location on the North Shore, which we are in the process of organizing.
