Milk bags are made from a fine polyester mesh with a draw string.  The rounded corners keep the pulp and liquid in the bottom center.  Keep the seams on the outside so food particles don't get trapped at the seams.

Almond Milk

3 cups purified water
½ cup soaked, sprouted almonds
Pinch Himalayan salt

• Mix all ingredients at high speed in a blender
• Drape the milk bag over a small bowl with seams on the outside so food particles doesn’t get trapped
• Pour the mixture in the bag and squeeze the milk out
• Keep the almond pulp for croutons and cheese
• Store milk in a fridge will keep for a few days
